Job Position: Production Supervisor

Purpose of the job position: Maintaining the production process continuity together with production and quality target obtaining.
Organizational structure of the unit: Production Department
Reports to: Operational Manager

Duties and Responsibilities.

1. Preparing of the production plans for each production line based on the Production planning requirements.
2. Subordinate personnel management by: organizing daily meetings for production plans & quality topics sharing,
   team motivation for target achievement, needed resources assurance.
3. Production plans realization quality result& efficiency result monitoring.
4. Monitoring of the training needs.
5. Assurance of respecting safety, fire protection rules.
6. Monitoring of the correctness of filling the production documentation related to personnel, production, quality topics.
7. Keep professional secrecy and confidentiality in line with the submitted statement.

Competences – knowledge and skills.
Educational background and Professional Experience
Bachelor Degree in electrical, electronic engineering.
At least 4 years of experience in the Automotive Sector including 2 years on position connected with Production Management.
Specialist knowledge.
Very good knowledge of the wire production process, required documentation, difficulties operations.
Very good knowledge of the problem solving tools (Pareto, Ishikawa diagrams, 5why, brain storming etc.),
Good knowledge of the SIGIP, MS Office,
Good knowledge of the IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 9001 requirements.
Good knowledge of the safety standards requirements confirmed by the required by the law safety training.
Good knowledge of the labor law requirements necessary for the personnel supervision/management.

English: B2 Level
