Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and imaginative Motion Designer to join our creative team.
As a Motion Designer, you will be responsible for creating captivating and dynamic visual experiences through the use of animation,
motion graphics, and video editing. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, design,
and development teams to produce engaging motion content for various digital platforms.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong portfolio showcasing their motion design abilities,
a deep understanding of storytelling through motion, and a passion for creating visually stunning and memorable experiences.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements, objectives, and brand guidelines.
Conceptualize and create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for a wide range of projects,
including but not limited to videos, promotional content, product demos, user interfaces, and social media campaigns.
Develop storyboards, animatics, and visual prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
Utilize industry-standard software (such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar tools) to design and produce high-quality motion content.
Apply design principles and techniques to enhance the visual storytelling and user experience of motion projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of motion design into overall project objectives and timelines.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, techniques, and technologies in motion design and apply them to your work.
Maintain an organized library of motion design assets, including templates, presets, and project files, to streamline the production process and ensure consistency across projects.
Take ownership of projects from start to finish, managing deadlines, revisions, and client feedback effectively.
Collaborate with the audio team or select appropriate soundtracks, sound effects, and voice-overs to complement the motion designs when needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Motion Design, Animation, Visual Effects, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Motion Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your motion design skills and creativity.
Proficiency in industry-standard motion design software, such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of design principles, animation techniques, and storytelling through motion.
Excellent visual and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail, composition, and timing.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome technical and design challenges.
Solid knowledge of video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
Familiarity with 3D modeling and animation is a plus.
Experience in creating motion graphics for interactive experiences, UI/UX animations, or mobile applications is a plus.
