You'll translate ideas into strategy and features, and follow product development from start to finish.
To succeed in this role, you should be a perceptive and creative leader and a reliable problem-solver.

Position: Senior Product Manager
Location: Head Office, Vora, Tirana
Responsibilities
- Lead product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams;
- Analyse and report on brand performance to determine ROI;
- Monitor market and consumer trends Develop pricing and distribution strategies;
- Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision Collect and analyse feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products;
- Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD);
- Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision;
- Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role;
- 5+ years’ experience in product lifecycle management;
- Organizational and leadership abilities;
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Creative thinking skills
- BSc/BA in Marketing or related field
- Strong experience in product marketing, market research, consumer insights, market strategy and development, campaign development and forecasting;
- Driving License
