On behalf of a successful company operating in Albania, DIMENSION is seeking to recruit candidates for the position of:
LAWYER
BASIC FUNCTION AND PURPOSE OF THE RESPONSIBILITY
Provide all group companies in any legal issues raised, and drafting of all legal documents necessary;
Support when required with legal opinion with regard to legal matters requested by the group companies;
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drafting contracts of all types;
• Revising any agreements with third parties;
• Supports group companies in any negotiation process with third parties;
• Supports group companies in any pre-litigation process;
• Supports in all litigation processes;
• Legal opinions of any kind as requested by the group companies;
• Supports in any contractual conflicts arising from contracts with third parties;
• Supports in applications with all governmental institutions regarding issuance of any license, permit or any other regulatory document.
• Supports in applications with the national registration center;
• Supports and inform all group companies on any new law or amendments to the actual legislation;
• Represent group companies in any court proceedings;
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Fluent in English Language.
• More than 3 year experience as a legal advisor in business environment;
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures.
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
• Outstanding written and spoken communication skills.
