IT Specialist for Payments Systems and Applications - IT Projects & Development Department
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure that Payments Systems & Applications are running properly and are processing according to the requirements
- Assist third parties solving any issue reported with BKT Payments Systems
- Assist /train users to use BKT Systems & Applications.
- Make Quality Control of new developments passing from Development to Test environments.
- Test and evaluate payments done on Development and Test environments
- Identify problems or non-fulfilled requirement in Development or Test environments
- Maintain technical documentation, users' manuals or Applications documentations
- Identify needs for improvements and forward them to the responsible parties.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years’ experience in banking sector or software/system development or implementation
- Knowledge in programming is appreciated
- Good Knowledge of complex databases such as Oracle, MS SQL Server.
- Able to work in agile team environment
- Very good command of written and spoken English is essential.
- A Bachelor University diploma in one of following branches: Computer engineering, Informatics, Electronic engineering, Computer Science.
