Internet and Mobile Banking Operation and Maintenance Specialist- Alternative Distribution Channels Operat. Dep.
Tasks
• Monitor Internet and Mobile Banking service and make sure it is operating properly,
• Report and manage the issues in Internet and Mobile banking
• Prepare reports for the Internet and Mobile banking issues,
• Test and ensure that all new enhancements are according to the requirements,
• Assist branches or call center to solve the issues in Internet and Mobile Banking,
• Responsible to follow up the daily operations of the Internet and Mobile Banking
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or a related Information Technology fields.
• Good Knowledge of databases such as Oracle.
• Very good knowledge of English
• Team player and very good communication skills
• Very good analytical skills
