- Front Office Team Member (Receptionist)
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Thoroughly understand and adheres to proper credit, check- cashing, and cash handling policies and procedures.
- Knows room locations, types of rooms available, and room rates. Uses suggestive selling techniques to sell rooms and to promote other services of the hotel.
- Possesses a working knowledge of the reservations department. Takes same day reservations and future reservations when necessary. Knows cancellation procedures.
- Process guest check-outs.
- Follows procedures for issuing and closing safe deposit boxes used by guests.
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Uses proper mail, package, and message handling procedures.
- Is aware of daily activities and meetings taking place in the hotel.
- Reports any unusual occurrences or requests to the manager.

- Provide excellent customer service.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Experience in the same role or in a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good time management skills.
- Experience with administrative procedures.
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
- Fluent knowledge of Albanian, English, and a third language written and spoken.
