Job Description:
Wonderbites is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Food Production Line Operator to join our team. As a Food Production Line Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating our state-of-the-art food and beverage production line. Your expertise will contribute to the smooth and efficient production of our high-quality products while ensuring adherence to safety standards and maintaining product integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor the food and beverage production line equipment at Wonderbites, including conveyors, mixers, fillers, packaging machinery, and other specialized equipment.
- Set up and adjust production line equipment according to product specifications and production schedules at Wonderbites.
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and cleaning tasks on production line machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime at Wonderbites.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions promptly to maintain uninterrupted production flow at Wonderbites.
- Monitor and control the production line at Wonderbites to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular checks at Wonderbites to ensure accurate measurements, proper labeling, and packaging of products, maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other departments at Wonderbites to coordinate workflow, address production issues, and optimize efficiency.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) at Wonderbites and maintain accurate documentation of production data, equipment logs, and maintenance records.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene in the production area at Wonderbites, in alignment with food safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in operating and maintaining food and beverage production line equipment, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of production line machinery, including conveyors, mixers, fillers, packaging machinery, and other specialized equipment.
- Familiarity with quality control processes and regulatory standards in the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and resolve production issues promptly.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions, document production data accurately, and maintain records.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other departments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously and adapting to changing priorities.
- Strong commitment to health and safety practices, with a solid understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation requirements.
