[TD="colspan: 2"]Position Requirements [/TD]
[/TR]
[TR]
[TD="colspan: 2"]Reporting to the Head of the Finance Dpt., the right incumbent will assist in all accounting and taxation matters, liaising with senior managers across departments and closely cooperating with colleagues.

• Performs professional accounting work involving compilation and analysis of financial data (ledgers & preparation of journal entries, fixed asset and inventory accounting, cost accounting, bank account reconciliation) so as to ensure on time delivery of accurate data at all times.
• Assists in the preparation of a variety of standard and periodic reports such as cost reports, trial balances, BS, P&L and Cash Flow statements.
• Administrates tax obligations performing the tax payments to the authorities and monitors compliance of books and records with the local tax regulations.
• Follows up on accounts receivable and accounts payable and performs all necessary account reconciliations to ensure account balances per book are accurate.
• Calculates and records the payroll expenses, submits requests for disbursements and collects offers from vendors, filing all relevant supporting documentation.

• Professional integrity and attention to detail.
• Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Knowledge of Albanian GAAP and the local tax regulations.
• Minimum of 4 year of relevant experience.
• Fluent in spoken & written English or Greek.
• MS Office literate & working knowledge of relevant accounting software.
• Excellent organizing & very good communication skills.
• Very good analytical & numerical abilities.
