Position:
Customer Experience Coordinator
Department: Customer Care Department
Reports to: Group Customer Care Director
Location: Tirana

Summary of Duties:

Scope of the position is to assist define and map Customer Journey across all touch points and provide the best customer experience within retail companies.
Role and Responsibilities:


  • Assist to map the ideal customer journey, review the impact and find the ways for improving.
  • Produce statistical data and analysis in relation to customer experience Kpi’s
  • Define and drive adoption of best practices around customer engagement
  • Lead the development, implementation and evaluation of strategic, tactical and operational customer engagement plans, programs, and initiatives to align with company customer experience strategies
  • Advise the Senior Executives on customer satisfaction measures, customer experience strategies, programs, initiatives and emerging issues to enable customer-centric strategic decision processes and major or critical issues response
  • Plan and provide leadership to the implementation of integrated customer engagement and communication initiatives to improve and enhance the perceptions and experiences of customers
  • Lead and/or direct specific customer research programs, dialogue and other forms of engagement to understand key concerns and issues and inform review and enhancement of customer services and service delivery models
  • Drive the ongoing development of a customer service culture across the organization, supported by effective policy and process frameworks and responsive customer service systems to embed best practice customer-centric behaviors


Requirement for the job position
:

Experience in Sales, Marketing or Customer Care
Very good level of English (Writing, Reading, Speaking)
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office


Other Skills:


  • Good organization, coordination & planning skills.
  • Very good communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in group
