Description
Design and implement CRM projects through different Releases on Oracle Siebel CRM to ensure reaching the required business needs
Job Responsibility
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
• Business Analysis and Project Management
• E2E Delivery management
• Support the Business Engagement team in cross-domain project management
• Application Architecture
• Solution design & Low Level Design
• Engagement of development partners (SIs)
• Execution of all the testing levels impacting systems included within the CRM Domain
• Acceptance test within CRM Domain
• Troubleshooting & QA
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
• Excellent problem solving, and critical thinking
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Innovative thinking
• Lifetime Learner
• Detail-Oriented
• Able to work under pressure & under rapid timescales.
• Customer experience centred analysis experience
• User centred design experience
• Deep Knowledge in Oracle BSS stack is required.
• Enterprise Application Integration (EAI)
• Enterprise Integration Manager (EIM)
• Configuration, scripting and workflow (CSW)
• Oracle Siebel certification (desired).
• Good Knowledge on Oracle SOA suite
• Software development background, preferably Java
• Database very good Knowledge preferred Oracle, PLSQL
• Good knowledge on Api integrations and Microservices
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• Hold a relevant degree on Computer Science, Engineering or IT
• Excellent knowledge of English (speaking and writing )
• CRM 1-3 years of experience
