CRM Data Analyst
Main tasks:
- Assist to build and maintain customer loyalty, utilizing CRM software to analyze customer data and make recommendations on sales, marketing, and customer service initiatives.
- Entails managing and analyzing customers' data, such as sales records, purchasing history, and service history, Key Performance Indicator reports.
- Responsible for data analysis utilizing analytical skills to find a correlation between different types of data and provide insight into the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns.
- Responsible for creating reports for colleagues in sales and marketing, to help them make more effective decisions.
- Responsible for creating, delivering, and presenting data reports in order to help decision-makers understand topics and conclusions.
- Provide support to the company’s internal sales force and/or marketing teams as needed.
- Generates specific reports by creating data sets that are visually understandable to managers, clients, or other stakeholders.
- Bachelor/Master degree in Economics, Information Economics, and Management, Engineering Mathematics, Mathematics or any other similar education.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
- High proficiency level of English (IELTS, TOEFL, and TOEIC are preferable).
- Strong knowledge in SPSS, NAVISION, SAP, ERP is an advantage.
- Very good communication and coordination skills.
- Efficency in a fast-paced environment with minimal day-to-day supervision.
