Responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to ensure clarity, alignment, and stakeholder engagement across programs.
Focused on delivering consistent messaging, strengthening visibility, and supporting the achievement of organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement communication plans aligned with program and policy objectives.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure consistent, transparent communication.
- Coordinate communication activities across all channels for clarity and alignment.
- Prepare materials, reports, and documentation to support internal and external communication.
- Organize and participate in meetings, workshops, and events to foster collaboration.
- Monitor and evaluate communication effectiveness and propose improvements.
- Ensure compliance with communication standards and regulatory requirements.
- EQF Level 6 degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, International Relations, European Studies, Journalism, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in communication, stakeholder engagement, and information campaigns.
- Proven ability to manage communication projects and reporting processes.
- Familiarity with digital communication tools and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and coordination abilities.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
- Proficiency with communication technologies and platforms.
- Organized, analytical, and collaborative approach to work.
- PM2, PMP, or PRINCE2 (Project Management)
- Certified Communications Professional (CCP)
- Certified Public Relations Specialist (CPRS)
