Responsibilities/What you will do:
- you will take the main role of process designing and implementing relevant and successful core structure as Headquarters, building an inhouse Call Centre, Credit Department, and Credit Administration
- be responsible for creating and developing the Company’s policies and internal rules and be in control with the compliance with the implemented internal rules and procedures regarding the functions
- recruit, build and train a team to be responsible for the credit, sales, and customer service processes
- hold the processes of monitoring and management of the Company’s product portfolio
- accumulated equivalent experience and skills, preferable in an international company
- a degree, related to the job title and relevant to the field
- english literacy, both written and spoken
- problem solver with a proactive attitude
- ability to prioritize
- strong customer service focus
- forming relationships and communicating effectively
- flexible, creative and detail-oriented
