[FONT="]Job purpose[/FONT][FONT="]: [/FONT][FONT="]Develop commercial activities for the Retail Segment (Individuals, Professionals and SBEs) in the respective operating environment and ensure[/FONT][FONT="] branch[/FONT][FONT="] target [/FONT][FONT="]fulfillment[/FONT][FONT="] within the approved budget [/FONT][FONT="]by [/FONT][FONT="]closely [/FONT][FONT="]monitoring, evaluating the branches results based in internal and[/FONT][FONT="] external regulatory fr[/FONT][FONT="]amework and efficient people management.[/FONT]

[FONT="] Main Responsibilities:[/FONT]

[FONT="]- [/FONT][FONT="]Establish and maintain tied relationships with target clientele. [/FONT]
[FONT="]- [/FONT][FONT="]Develop new business opportunities with the existing one.[/FONT]
[FONT="]- [/FONT][FONT="]Ensure timely and adequate products and services to the targeted clientele[/FONT]
[FONT="]- [/FONT][FONT="]Ensure appropriate management of the activities of the Branch.[/FONT]
[FONT="]- [/FONT][FONT="]Ensure effective control over the activities of the Branch in comply with the Bank policies. [/FONT]
[FONT="]- [/FONT][FONT="]Ensure proper customer care by personnel in charge.[/FONT]
[FONT="]- [/FONT][FONT="]Analyses the market development in all relevant segments.[/FONT]
[FONT="]- [/FONT][FONT="]Management of branch staff[/FONT]

[FONT="]- [/FONT][FONT="]Prior experiences in managerial position( at least 2 years) in financial institutions[/FONT]
[FONT="]- [/FONT][FONT="]Capability and willingness to take responsibilities[/FONT]
[FONT="]- [/FONT][FONT="]Excellent written and communication English skills[/FONT]
