VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

We’re looking for an Assistant Branch Manager (Band 4) in Tirana Area Region, who will be responsible for the management of daily branch activity, as well as staff development in order to achieve the qualitative and quantitative targets and improve customer service quality towards the bank’s clients.

Detyrat​

· Responsible for the compliance of the branch's activity actions with the working conditions, procedures & policies as well as the internal bank rules as well as the regulator "Bank of Albania" or "Directorate of Money Laundering".
· Responsible for strict implementation of the AML regulations and procedures, for completing, sending to the approving policies the relevant forms for starting/continuing/terminating relations with clients, according to the relevant procedures.
· Performs the opening and closing of the central Volt in the presence of all authorized people.
· Authorizers: the opening/closing of term deposits, periodic direct debits, transactions carried out in the Equation and Finastra systems.
· Authorizes signatures scanned in the SigCap system.
· Prepares monthly report for the fund’s movement.
· Completes the documentation requested by Compliance, Branch Support & Control and the Audit Department within the specified deadlines.
· Creates payroll equation.
· Authorizes in the box body.
· Process the alerts generated every day, respecting the deadlines.
· Authorizes the transfer of salaries for clients.
· Authorizes and frames ATMs under the branch responsibility.
· Checks and corrects the bank's suspense accounts.
· Performs ad hoc checks in Volt and Front Desk to ensure compliance of cash limit procedures.
· Controls various operational reports of the branch every day.
· Delegates tasks to dependent staff in accordance with the type of work and staff skills.
· Open new clients or update data of existing clients in CRS.
· Manages the necessary stock of stationery, printing materials needed for the normal operation of the branch.
· Currency exchanges (negotiations with clients, receiving confirmation and authorization system).
· Authorizes treasury or suspense accounts.
· Performs procedures in favor of clients for Securities Transactions through Tirana Bank.
· Make requests to the central Volt for different territories.
· Take measures so that dependent staff have effective and professional communication at work.
· Periodically reports on the operational problems of the branch.
· Performs daily reconciliation of branch accounts.
· Monitors the application of working conditions and policies.
· Assists the director of the branch with various problems that may arise during daily work, as well as replacing the director in his absence, representing the Bank to third parties.
· Detailed control of daily documents, granting special authorizations for packages which are the limits allowed for other staff.
· Management of the state of the branch by allowing the maximum limits of the branch, management and control of the state of the cash register during the day, negotiation with different clients for their different requests.
· Refers clients to the respective loan officers referring to the client's needs.
· Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Kualifikimet​

  • Holding a bachelor’s degree in economy or other related field Master's degree is preferable.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Banking Sector/Financial Institutions, managerial / supervising job experience is considered an advantage.
  • Very good knowledge of business knows how, market insight and networking.
  • High degree of responsibility toward work and target achievement.
  • Very good written and oral communication skills.
  • Sales skills and customer orientation.
  • Very good time- management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
