ADVANCED TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINNER
Main responsibilities:
- To manage customer requests offering dedicated assistance (by email/phone/chat) and carry out tech support and advice actions with respect to the client’s requests and needs to achieve their objectives.
- Providing to the customer a dedicated and specialized assistance as well as providing consultancy on the world of cloud hosting, making upselling proactively proposing our products to offer the best service possible and solve customer critical issues.
Education and Background
- Degree in information technology or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge Italian and Albanian, English a plus
- Experience with website design and programming skills on CMS (Wordpress, Joomla, Magento etc..)
- Experience in sysadmin operations (Linux and Windows server setup and maintenance)
- Understanding of Database Mysql
- Min 2 year experience in a Customer Technical Support Role
- Able to work in team, customer oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills aimed to the best management of customers requests with empathy.
