to oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily management of assigned properties, including rent collection, maintenance coordination, and tenant communications.
- Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, responding to inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff, vendors, and contractors to resolve property-related issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with lease agreements, rental policies, and all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Prepare, update, and maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports related to property operations.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with property owners, tenants, and stakeholders to foster long-term satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of property management systems is a plus.
- Customer-focused with a proactive and professional attitude.
