Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Technical Support Specialist to become part of our team. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on supporting customers by resolving technical concerns and ensuring an excellent user experience.

Key Duties:

• Communicate solutions clearly and effectively to customers
• Collaborate with internal departments to address customer requirements and improve support processes

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven knowledge of technical support and issue resolution
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with ticketing and support management systems
• IT certifications are considered a plus
• Fluent in English
