Job Description:
The mission of Auto1 Remarketing team Is to make B2B car selling easy and efficient, providing best-in-class tools to our Partners. With our solution car dealers profit from easy processes, highest prices and fastest online services.
You will train, manage, and motivate the team, coordinate daily activities to achieve objectives, and ensure high-quality inspection reports while supporting the team’s overall performance and growth.

Your Duties:

• Monitor incoming vehicle valuations and all important vehicle data and be responsible for placing vehicles on our auction platform;
• Lead and develop the team in business services and manage the organization of work within the teams;
• Identify new business opportunities and optimize existing processes;
• Ensure the daily activity and development of the team;
• Integrate and train the team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and time management skills;
• Strong motivation to achieve goals;
• Previous experience in back office / data entry;
• Experience of at least 2 years in the management and coordination of resources / work teams, with a focus on results.
• Excellent command of English.

Additional information

Location: Rruga e Kavajes, Kompleksi Delijorgji, Tirana
Working hours: 40 hours per week, full-time, from 09:00 to 18:00, Tuesday to Saturday (5 working days)
