Job position: Service Sales & Client Relationship Manager
Contract Terms: Indefinite
Location: Tirana, Albania
Summary: We are looking for a motivated goal-oriented, results-driven, service sales professional to join our client’s business development team eager to contribute to building collaborative relationships with the main goal of revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities:
• Take the lead for a portfolio of clients and build mutually beneficial and longstanding valuable relationships.
• Identifying and approaching potential new companies or individuals to engage as clients.
• Researching industry trends and providing advice to colleagues about client strategy or new sales opportunities.
• Be responsible for the targeted prospecting of new relationships whom we can partner with to develop innovative solutions for their clients, members, or beneficiaries.
• Advise clients on creating profitable processes through using our unique service.
• Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied.
• Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products.
• Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms.
• Study competition to find new ways to retain customers.
• Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customers’ needs.
• Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.
• Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.
• Giving presentations to clients about products or services
• Support other members of the team with commercial proposal structuring, market analysis, market insight, and management reporting.
• Ensuring your existing clients are satisfied through after-sales care, as well as gaining and using feedback.
• Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Master’s degree in Sales Marketing or Communication may be advantageous.
Work Experience and Required Skills:
• 3+ years of working experience as a Sales professional in pro-active lead qualification, internal sales, or a service-oriented role with strong sales orientation.
• Tech savviness and high level of understanding of CRM platforms and familiarity with sales performance metrics.
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach.
• Proven track record of high-performance and achieving sales quotas.
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong Interest in the Marketing industry.

• The ability to communicate confidently – both through speaking and writing – with colleagues and clients from all levels of an organization

• Data-driven and able to constantly review and optimize sales processes.

• Great attitude: proactive, energetic, enthusiastic, with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent problem solver with a customer-oriented approach.
• Good time management and analytical skills.
Language skills:
• Proficient in Albanian and excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken). Knowledge of any other language would be an asset.
