EPPC Albania, on behalf of its client, an international company operating in the FMCG and frozen food industry, is currently recruiting a Reporting & Controlling Senior Specialist.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management reports and monitor key financial and commercial KPIs;
• Analyse actual results versus budget, identifying main variances and performance drivers;
• Monitor sales, gross margin, profitability and operating expenses;
• Support the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes;
• Analyse discounts, promotions, pricing and their impact on margins and profitability;
• Monitor inventory, stock turnover and other relevant working-capital indicators;
• Support month-end closing activities and ensure consistency between management reports and accounting data;
• Prepare dashboards, analyses and financial insights for management;
• Work closely with Finance, Sales and Supply Chain teams to support business decisions;
• Contribute to the improvement and automation of reporting and controlling processes.

Requirements for this position are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field;
• Solid experience in Controlling, FP&A, Management Reporting or Financial Analysis;
• Previous experience in FMCG, distribution, retail or a similar commercial environment is preferred;
• Strong knowledge of P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis;
• Good understanding of sales, margins, costs and profitability indicators;
• Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools such as Power BI is an advantage;
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail;
• Ability to interpret financial data and communicate key findings clearly to management;
• Good command of English Language.
