Job position: Recruitment Manager
Department: Human Resources
Location: Head Office
Role: Ensures the coordination and implementation of systems, processes, policies, and programs regarding Talent Management that encompasses hiring processes and employer branding.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develops recruitment strategies and makes appropriate recommendations to managers and supervisors.
• Works cooperatively with the Head of Department on employee recruitment.
• Prepared a recruitment plan for new opening unit.
• Properly maintains and up-dates a recruitment mailing list.
• Develop and implement new recruitment sourcing methods (e.g., social media recruiting, psychometric assessment, soft skills assessment, technical test, etc.)
• Keep regular communication with hiring managers to improve the recruitment process as needed.
• Monitors processing to ensure that all necessary documents are processed in sufficient time for enrollment without delay, identifying and correcting problems as they arise.
• Applies appropriate internal procedures and processing methods to best accomplish the application process.
• Recommends appropriate changes to policies and tests new procedures.
• Build professional network through relationships with universities and other partners.
• Responsible for the proper presence of the company in job fairs and career events.
• Coordinate the workforce planning in the short and long term.
• Responsible for workforce analyses and recruiting metrics.
• Displays a high level of effort and commitment to performing work; operates effectively within the organizational structure; demonstrates trustworthiness and responsible behavior.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education:
University degree in Social, Psychology, Science University.
- Work Experience:
At least 4 years of work experience.
- Additional qualifications:
• Excellent oral and written communicative skills.
• Good command of Microsoft Office Package.
• Very good English skills (verbal and written).
- Additional skills:
• Excellent knowledge of hiring processes, talent acquisition and skill development.
• Proficient at using software and leveraging technology for talent acquisition processes.
• In-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources and employment relations.
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent at both verbal and written communication.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Positive attitude, open minded and ready to embrace change.
• Meticulous, self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
