Job Summary:
We are on the lookout for a warm and friendly receptionist to join our team at our trendy and cool boutique hotel in Tirana. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our guests, handling reservations, and managing front desk duties. This position requires someone with a great attitude, excellent English language skills, punctuality, and an eagerness to learn and receive feedback. Additionally, as a small hotel, this role may involve wearing many hats, such as welcoming guests and even taking orders for breakfast.
Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel
• Help guests with check-in and check-out procedures
• Take phone calls and make reservations
• Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a friendly and professional manner
• Keep the front desk area clean and organized
• Assist with breakfast service, including taking orders and serving guests
• Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong English language skills, both spoken and written
• Punctuality and dependability
• Willingness to learn and take feedback
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
• Friendly and approachable demeanor
• Flexibility to work part-time hours and transition to full-time if necessary
• Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
