Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee and optimize the end-to-end management of damage claims for our German operations. This role ensures smooth coordination between claimants, appraisers, insurers, and internal departments, while driving efficiency and process improvements across all claims activities.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial, business, or project management experience or a similar qualification
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience with insurance processes and documentation preferred
• Analytical mindset with ability to identify process improvements
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
• Fluent in English

Main Tasks:

• Acts as the main contact for damage claims in Germany, liaising with claimants, insurers, appraisers, and law firms.
• Manages internal and external communication regarding insurance cases and damages.
• Coordinates and reviews appraisal and DAT reports.
• Maintains and updates the insurance claims list, including payments, comments, and case archiving.
• Submits damage notifications to insurance partners for company vehicles and trucks.
• Requests, organizes, and manages all necessary claim documents from various sources.
• Reviews and processes damage notifications received via email.
• Provides first-level approval and instructions for claim-related payments.
• Prepares documentation such as Excel lists, letters, and insurance forms.
• Participates in bi-weekly meetings with insurance partners to discuss open cases.
• Analyzes claims processes and identifies efficiency improvements.
• Coordinates major damage events, ensuring timely communication and reporting.

Additional Information​

The place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 Albania,Tirana and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
