About the Role
We are a European B2B lead generation company. We partner with brands across Europe to promote their products through targeted social media campaigns and dedicated, multilingual landing pages — one per product, tailored to the specific market it's being sold in. Our role ends at the lead: once a potential customer is interested, they are handed off to a specialized sales call center. We're looking for a sharp, motivated promoter who can build digital presence, drive traffic, and convert attention into qualified leads.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute social media promotion campaigns for individual products across various European markets.
- Collaborate on the creation of product-specific landing pages, ensuring messaging is localized and adapted to the target language and culture.
- Research target audiences in different countries and adapt promotional content accordingly.
- Monitor campaign performance (traffic, engagement, lead volume) and optimize based on results.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure each product's digital presence is consistent and compelling.
- Stay informed on trends in paid and organic social media across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.).
- Ensure a smooth handoff of generated leads to the external call center partner.
What We Require
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or online product promotion.
- Ability to work across multiple campaigns simultaneously, each for a different product and market.
- Understanding of B2B lead generation and how to build funnels that convert.
- Experience with landing page structure and best practices for conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Comfort working with multilingual content — either producing it or coordinating translation.
- Strong analytical mindset: able to read campaign data and adjust strategy accordingly.
- Self-starter attitude — able to manage campaigns independently with minimal supervision.
Skills That Will Set You Apart
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or TikTok for Business.
- Familiarity with landing page tools (WordPress, Webflow, or similar).
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals.
- Fluency or working knowledge of more than one European language.
- Experience working in or with agencies handling multiple brands/products.
- Basic understanding of how lead generation feeds into a sales pipeline.
