Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Photographer and Videographer to join our team. As a Photographer and Videographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality visual content, both in photographic and video format, that aligns with our brand's vision and objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Photography and Videography:
Capture high-resolution photos and videos for various purposes, including marketing campaigns, social media, website content, and more.
Ensure proper lighting, framing, and composition to produce visually appealing and professional-quality content.
Equipment and Setup:
Maintain and operate photography and videography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and accessories.
Set up and configure equipment for various shooting environments and conditions.
Creative Direction:
Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts, storyboards, and shot lists for photo and video projects.
Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance the visual storytelling.
Post-Production:
Edit and retouch photos and videos using industry-standard software to achieve the desired final product.
Ensure timely delivery of edited content while maintaining quality standards.
Asset Management:
Organize and maintain a well-organized digital library of photos and videos for easy access and retrieval.
Ensure proper storage and backup of all media assets.
Adherence to Brand Guidelines:
Ensure that all visual content aligns with the brand's style, tone, and messaging guidelines.
Maintain consistency in visual identity across all platforms.
Quality Control:
Review and assess the quality of photos and videos to meet or exceed the company's standards.
Identify and address any technical or creative issues as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Photographer and Videographer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in operating professional cameras, lighting equipment, and editing software.
Strong understanding of photography and videography principles, including composition, lighting, and color theory.
Excellent creative and artistic skills, with an eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking creative direction and feedback.
Effective time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of current photography and videography trends and techniques.
Flexibility to adapt to different shooting environments and styles.
