Job Vacancy – Part-Time Receptionist

MK Hotel Tirana

Position: Part-Time Receptionist
Reports to: Front Office Manager

Position Summary

We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented Receptionist to ensure smooth front desk operations and deliver exceptional guest service in line with hotel standards.

Qualifications

• Good educational background
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Second foreign language is an advantage
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Strong communication skills
• No prior experience required (training provided)

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests professionally
• Perform check-in and check-out procedures
• Manage guest accounts and daily cash balance
• Handle calls, emails, and administrative tasks
• Provide concierge support
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
