Job Opening – Marketing & Operations Coordinator (part time)​

Primus Group is an international creative company focused on digital marketing, visual content, and brand development
We are looking for a Marketing & Operations Coordinator who will both manage marketing activities and coordinate daily tasks between the CEO and creative teams.

Location​

Tirana, Albania – Vasil Shanto area
(On-site)

Working Hours​

15:00 – 20:00 (Part-Time)
Possibility to transition to Full-Time based on performance.

Role Overview​

This role combines marketing execution and team coordination.

You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating tasks between the CEO, video editors, designers, and contractors
  • Executing and managing marketing activities
  • Ensuring deadlines, content, and campaigns are delivered correctly


- Key Responsibilities​

  • Coordinate daily tasks between internal teams and contractors
  • Plan and execute marketing actions and campaigns
  • Create marketing visuals and content (social media, ads, presentations)
  • Manage content flow with video editors
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and professional emails
  • Organize files, campaigns, and workflows using Google Drive
  • Support brand growth through consistent marketing execution

Marketing Skills Required​

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing
  • Ability to design using Canva (mandatory)
  • Knowledge of:
    • Social media marketing
    • Content strategy
    • Branding visuals
  • Ability to think strategically, not just post content

- Requirements​

  • Marketing-oriented mindset
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Good English (written & communication)
  • Ability to multitask and take ownership
  • Previous experience in marketing or digital agencies is a strong plus
