A growing American accounting firm is looking for a motivated and experienced Bookkeeper / Senior Accountant.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants professional growth and increasing responsibility within an international business environment.
Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting operations
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial reports and account analyses
• Handle accruals, prepayments, and adjusting entries
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing
• Work with QuickBooks and Excel on a daily basis
• Support management with financial reporting and analysis
Requirements
• Strong experience in bookkeeping/accounting
• Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks
• Understanding of accrual accounting
• Experience preparing financial reports
• Good English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
