Position: Quality Control Manager
Major tasks and responsibilities (as permanent function at site):
1 Control the production in all its components, to ensure that drugs are manufactured in accordance with pharmacopoeia requirements.
2 Organize every raw material that enters the company to be analyzed within a short period of time to be ready at any time to production needs.
3 Organize the intermediate production control and stop it when the required parameters corresponding to the file of each product have been violated.
4 Organize the output control by issuing the relevant analysis sheets for each product.
5. Create a working environment where innovation, team work and attention to standards improvement are the basis of a ZERO-DEFECT culture.
6 Ensures that the required initial and ongoing training of his department personnel is carried out and adapted according to needs.
7 Estimates series production documents.
8 Verifies the maintenance of its department, premises and equipment;
9 Approves specifications and instructions on sampling, analysis methods and other Quality Control procedures;
10 Works and implements stability protocol and formulation tests for new drugs to be launched on the market.
Requirements
· University degree in scientific disciplines with several years of professional work experience
· Proficient in writing, reading and editing technical documents, protocols and reports
· Proficient in use of Microsoft office products for means of creating and conveying technical information and presentations
· Product and Process Development Experience (desired)
· Attention to details
· Ability to work under pressure
· Customer focus; ability to deal with ambiguity and conflicts
Languages: English and preferable even Italian
