On behalf of a German consulting company providing payroll and HR services for the German market, Dimension HR is looking to recruit a Junior Payroll Advisor.
The selected candidate will assist in supporting payroll processes, handling time and absence management, and preparing reports and certificates.
The role requires accuracy, teamwork, and a high level of responsibility

The selected candidate will assist in supporting payroll processes, handling time and absence management, and preparing reports and certificates.
The role requires accuracy, teamwork, and a high level of responsibility
Key Responsibilities- Accurately recording and maintaining employee master data
- Preparing routine payroll-related reports and documentation
- Managing employee absences and working time records
- Handling customer inquiries and employee requests within the assigned scope
- Using existing templates and process descriptions to complete tasks
- Supporting internal administrative and payroll procedures
Qualifications and Skills- University degree in Economics, Mathematics, Business Informatics, or Engineering with an economic focus
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- German language skills at B1/B2 level – ability to understand and communicate in a professional context
- English language skills are desirable
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally
- Strong attention to detail and high quality standards
- Flexibility, resilience, and a proactive attitude
- Good numerical and analytical abilities
- Excellent team collaboration skills
