Position: Junior Finance
Department: Finance Department
Reports to: Finance Manager
Location: Tirana
Summary of Duties:
Junior Finance is responsible for helping to manage all company's accounting operations under the direct supervision of Finance Manager.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Registers in the financial system purchase invoices and imports, sales, assets and their accounting.
• Closes purchases and sales books and reconciles them with the accounting system on a monthly basis.
• Responsible for accounting and recognizing monthly incomes and expenses by deadlines set by the company
• Reconciliation with domestic and foreign suppliers and customers, updates supplier / customer ledger entries on a monthly basis.
• Track payment terms for suppliers and customers according to predetermined terms
• Assist in closing monthly reports within internal deadlines.
• Assists in closing financial statements
• Assist Finance Manager during internal and external audits. Perform other duties assigned by Finance Manager.
Requirement for the job position:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance-Accounting (relevant economics field)
Job experiences: At Least 1-2 years of experience in the field of finance.
Other qualification:
• Very good knowledge of English.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good knowledge of report compilation
• Knowledge of financial software Financa 5
Other Skills:
Good organization, coordination & planning skills.
Very good communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work in group
