On behalf of one of our clients, an international company operating in the car rental and vehicle sales industry, Dimension HR is seeking to recruit a Junior Accountant.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and maintaining financial statements and reports
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain general ledger entries
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- Support audits and respond to financial inquiries
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance,
- Master’s degree would be a plus.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ideally with some experience using accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional attitude when working on challenging assignments in a deadline-driven environment.
- Fluent in English (would be plus).
- Internship or prior experience in accounting or finance
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Finance Enterprise 5, or similar)
- Good communication and time-management skills
- Location: Tirane
- Contract duration: Permanent
- Working hours: 8 hours /day (40 hours/week)
- Salary range start with a net of 800 euro, depends on experience.
