On behalf of a large and well-established company operating in the Albanian market, representing an international brand active in the quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional for the position of General Manager.

The role has the following key responsibilities
- Establish clear strategic goals and objectives and ensure their effective implementation across the organization.
- Lead business development initiatives, identifying new market opportunities, partnerships, and growth areas.
- Organize and oversee the overall operations and business activities of the company.
- Develop, implement, and execute the company’s strategic plans and business policies.
- Monitor company performance, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present annual and monthly business reports, including financial and operational performance.
- Represent the company before third parties in accordance with the company statute and applicable laws.
- Implement decisions and resolutions adopted by the Company Assembly and the Board of Directors.
- Propose profit distribution and oversee budgeting and financial planning processes.
- Decide on investments and resource allocation within the company.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
- Recruit, lead, and evaluate senior management and key employees.
- Delegate responsibilities and ensure implementation of company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Maintain effective communication with the Board of Directors and report on company performance and strategic initiatives.
- Oversee the company’s resources, projects, and overall development.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Advanced (Master) Degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of work experience in management or executive positions related with QSR / F&B chains, Retail multi-unit operations and/or Franchise systems.
- In-depth understanding of the specific industry, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and investment strategies.
- Knowledge of Multi-Unit operations leadership, supply chain, and process improvement.
- Development Mindset with strong sense of Site Selection understanding, Ability to manage expansion pipeline and negotiation awareness
- Leadership skills in motivating, developing, and leading a diverse team.
- Knowledge of operations management, supply chain, human resources and process improvement.
- Driver’s license category B.
