Job position: Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Tirana, Albania.

Summary: We are looking for a creative, analytical and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team! As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for all digital marketing campaigns, including generating leads, conducting market research and actively engaging with the business to optimize the performance of our digital strategies.


Duties and Responsibility:

•Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy
• Create visual concepts for promotional activities
• Manage the digital marketing calendar
• Maintain the online presence and reputation of the company
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of social media content
• Define most important social media KPIs
• Track digital marketing performance
• Create and update digital marketing reports
• Oversee the digital marketing budget
• Use social media marketing tools
• Ensure content is informative and appealing
• Collaborate with multiple teams within the company

Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or similar field


Work Experiences and required skills:

• Prior experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role would be highly preferable
• Very good knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google
• Very good knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics
• Familiarity with digital marketing automation software
• Knowledge of web publishing

Language skills:

Proficient in Albanian and very good command of the English language (written and spoken). Knowledge of any other language would be an asset;
