The purpose of the Customer Consultant is to consult and provide technical support for every stakeholder: Architects, Engineers, Fabricators, end-Customers and colleagues.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
Competences/skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Proficient in AutoCAD (2D and 3D), with strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Effective communication and active listening skills.
Working days: Monday to Friday
3. Company is offering 13th salary, private health insurance, performance bonus, transportation and working conditions based on the Labor Code.

CUSTOMER CONSULTANT
(Architect/Civil Engineer/Mechanical Engineering)
Position Objective:(Architect/Civil Engineer/Mechanical Engineering)
The purpose of the Customer Consultant is to consult and provide technical support for every stakeholder: Architects, Engineers, Fabricators, end-Customers and colleagues.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Formulate construction designs through AutoCAD for further supporting the project design.
- Conduct static studies for the appropriate profile selection during the study of the project.
- Engaged with specialized project designs.
- Able to identify and meet client needs.
- Maintain and enhance the relationship with end customers after purchase.
- Comply with the data entry process for projects on the CRM.
- Inform the market development department with regards to inbound large-scale projects.
- Visit the construction sites for technical support.
- Mentor new and existing colleagues with regards to technical details.
- Visit the construction sites alongside Front Office stakeholders for technical support.
