Now Hiring: Construction Site Manager

On behalf of our client, a reputable company operating in the field of infrastructure and development projects, Dimension HR is seeking to recruit an experienced and proactive Construction Site Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. The role will involve the supervision of daily on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with the highest safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing and coordinating daily on-site activities involving subcontractors, workers, and suppliers
• Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and company standards
• Tracking project milestones and reporting progress to senior management
• Planning and optimizing schedules, resources, and workflow
• Conducting routine inspections to monitor safety, quality, and productivity
• Maintaining accurate documentation including reports, permits, and safety records
• Addressing challenges or delays that may affect project delivery
• Promoting a positive and collaborative team culture
• Acting as a liaison with clients, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

• Master’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in site supervision or management within the construction industry
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Deep understanding of construction site operations and HSE regulations
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
• Certifications such as SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, or OSHA are a plus
