POSITION SUMMARY:
The Commercial Specialist plays a key role in optimizing product flow and availability across stores. This position is responsible for defining core and campaign allocations, managing replenishment based on sales performance and stock KPIs, and supporting data-driven decisions to ensure efficient store supply and commercial execution. Additionally, the role ensures accurate translation and labeling of products for customs and market compliance.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Commercial Specialist plays a key role in optimizing product flow and availability across stores. This position is responsible for defining core and campaign allocations, managing replenishment based on sales performance and stock KPIs, and supporting data-driven decisions to ensure efficient store supply and commercial execution. Additionally, the role ensures accurate translation and labeling of products for customs and market compliance.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define product allocations for new campaigns based on store flows, sales potential, and assortment strategy.
- Monitor stock and sales performance to ensure product availability in the right place and time.
- Manage replenishment cycles and adjust stock levels according to seasonality, KPIs, and sales trends.
- Analyze weekly sales, inventory, and campaign performance data to identify trends and propose improvements.
- Prepare analytical reports to support commercial decision-making.
- Recommend allocation and supply adjustments to improve stock turnover and reduce excess inventory.
- Coordinate translation of product information for customs documentation and labeling compliance.
- Ensure product labels meet legal and company standards across Western Balkans markets.
- Maintain and update the translation database to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Retail Operations, and Finance teams to align allocation and replenishment plans.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate commercial campaign execution.
- Ensure accuracy of commercial data in the ERP system and contribute to process improvement.
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in a commercial, planning, or supply-related role.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (Pantheon experience is an advantage).
- Good understanding of Commercial KPIs such as sell-through, stock cover, and replenishment rates.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across departments and markets.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional regional languages are an advantage.
