We're launching an exciting new premium candle and lifestyle brand and are looking for an experienced Brand Strategist & Content Marketing Manager to join us from the very beginning.

This is not an opportunity to step into an established company coming from the UK Market and to help build a brand in Tirana from the ground up, with lots of opportunity for professional progression!

We're creating something fresh and exciting for the Albanian market, with ambitions that extend beyond it. If you're passionate about branding, consumer psychology, market strategy, content creation, and building brands that people genuinely connect with, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role​

As our Brand Strategist & Content Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the founder to help define and develop the overall direction of the brand.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll be responsible for helping shape the brand's positioning, understanding the target market, contributing to the product range strategy, and creating engaging content that brings the brand to life.

The position is primarily remote, with weekly meetings held in person. Candidates located in or near Tirana are preferred, as face-to-face collaboration is encouraged whenever possible.

Key Responsibilities​

Brand Strategy & Market Development​

  • Develop and refine the overall brand strategy
  • Conduct market and competitor research
  • Identify and define target customer segments
  • Help establish brand positioning and messaging
  • Contribute to product range and collection strategy
  • Support launch planning and go-to-market strategy
  • Identify growth opportunities and market trends

Content Creation & Marketing​

  • Create engaging content for social media platforms
  • Develop content calendars and campaign concepts
  • Write marketing copy and product descriptions
  • Assist with email marketing content
  • Help define and maintain the brand's tone of voice
  • Create content aligned with the brand's values and positioning

Collaboration​

  • Work closely with the founder on brand development
  • Participate in weekly planning and strategy meetings
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations across the business

Requirements​

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Brand Strategy, Marketing Strategy, or a related field
  • Experience working with lifestyle, home décor, fragrance, beauty, wellness, fashion, or consumer-focused brands is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to create compelling and engaging content
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the founder
  • Basic English proficiency required (advanced or intermediate English is not necessary, but you should be able to communicate and collaborate effectively in English)
