Xenia - whose name is derived from the Greek word ξενία and summarizes the concept of hospitality - offers all kinds of hotel services, know-how and competence in the travel industry. Since 1992, when the company was founded under the Seneca name, we have always worked in the hotel industry segment, especially in the business sector. The company has become a recognized player in the global context also in the specialization of technological solutions.
The management system and ongoing research and development ensure a high level of adaptability and the ability to react quickly to a wide range of different needs. In May 2015 the company sold the business travel industry in Italy - with a turnover of € 80,000,000.00 - to a Dutch multinational company and decided to keep and develop only the Xenia operating division. Xenia had the will to concentrate exclusively on crew accommodation and hotel services. Xenia is now based in Italy, London and Tirana. Xenia offers advice, products, and services for companies of all sizes worldwide: hotels, airlines, rail and shipping companies, and public and private companies.
Management and reporting of the client's overnight stays with the hotels involved.
Organize operations in order to anticipate possible problems and resolve related problems with different Crew customers.
Directing requests from outside the organization to the right department or colleague.
Manage company archives, both for orders and for accounting documents in collaboration with the administrative department.
Enter and process data of various kinds, from commercial requests to the final reports of assigned projects.
Check the conformity of incoming and outgoing information, to ensure its accuracy and correct internal communication.
Very good knowledge of Italian language.
