Job Position: Asst. Specialist / Specialist – Retail Banking Department

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. Managing the rights of electronic safe codes
  2. Managing As 284-W Programing Software.
  3. To support the daily activity of Electronic Safes according to the Regulation of the Operation of Electronic Safes in branches.
  4. To support the daily activity of Electronic Safes according to the Regulation in ATMs.
  5. Report & follow up problems occurred when electronic safe is offline, gives error communication, etc..

  1. Opening, Transferring and Closing Outlets
  2. Conducts the process of opening new outlets, transferring outlets and closing outlets in line with the management decisions.
  3. Other
  4. Monitors lease contracts and other specific agreements, providing proper amendments.
  5. Ensures the liquidation of any liabilities/expenses incurred by the H.O on behalf of the network (lease agreements/other network expenditures).
  6. Keep database and make research on market competition.
  7. Follow law changes and/or updates for banking regulations.
  8. Outlets maintenance.
Experience, Knowledge and Competencies
  • Degree in Economic Informatics/Economics/ or similar
  • Experience in Data Analytics
  • Strong math and analytical skills to perform, interpret and analyze data.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (excel, access, word, etc.)
  • Excellent PC knowledge
  • Self-driven and motivated, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse work group.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks.
