Salary: 1000 euro +

Job Description:​

We are seeking highly motivated and fluent English-speaking Sales Agents / Call Center Operators to join our team in promoting dental tourism services to UK-based clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or tourism.

Key Responsibilities:​

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from potential UK clients interested in dental treatments abroad.
• Provide detailed information about dental procedures, clinics, pricing, travel arrangements, and aftercare.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by effectively addressing concerns and offering tailored solutions.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, or chat to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on dental treatments, clinic partnerships, and promotional offers.

Requirements:​

• Fluent in English (C1 of above) – additional languages are a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, call center operations, or customer service (preferably in medical tourism, healthcare, or travel).
• Strong persuasive and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:​

• Previous experience in medical/dental tourism, healthcare sales, or travel agencies.
• Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• Familiarity with the UK market is an advantage.
• Knowledge in other languages is a bonus.
