Evapify Group is a global network of companies based in Poland, primarily engaged in the sales and distribution of VAPES. With branches in various European countries, it has been operating in Albania since April 2022.
Job Position -Internship (Administration)
Position Summary:
Under the supervision of the HR Manager, plans and implements the work processes applying the policies and procedures of the company
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Enter data into the Human Resources system
2. Checks, updates files with various documentation referring to the work code.
4. Assists in the Recruitment process
5. Assists in the Archiving process
6. Assists in creating and updating Finance reports
7. Assists in the organization and development of various events for the staff.
Qualifications:
1. To continue pursuing Bachelor studies in one of the branches of the Faculty of Economics or Law Faculty
2. Very good knowledge of the English language
3. Very good knowledge of MS Office package or similar packages
