EPPC Albania, on behalf of PreGel Spa, an international leader in ingredients for gelato, pastry, and food industry, is currently recruiting a Sales Representative to manage and develop the assigned sales area across Albania, Kosovo, and Macedonia.
This role is key to driving market development, increasing sales performance, and strengthening the company’s presence in the region, in close coordination with the international sales structure.
Essential Responsibilities:
Requirements for this position are:
Bachelor’s degree – BA/Marketing or equivalent;
Proven experience as Sales Representative or in similar roles and B2B channels;
Experience in one of the following sectors: pastry ingredients; Ice cream ingredients; Cafeteria and/or food sector;
Strong knowledge of the markets in Albania, Kosovo and North Macedonia;
Very good English (Italian is an advantage);
Ability to conduct market and margin analysis;
Good command of MS Office & PPT presentations;
Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently.

- Align with the Area Sales Manager and Sales Direction in Italy regarding commercial strategies;
- Monitor market performance and identify growth opportunities.
