Major Responsibilities:
- Extensive Business Development through an appointed retail network nationally;
- Participation in the design of the Retail Sales strategy for the network;
- Close collaboration with Commercial Department and Marketing for the implementation of merchandising and marketing plan;
- Design and implementation of the retail network sales strategy;
- Execution of the strategic plan and budget for the commencement of the company's activities;
- Supervision, in close collaboration with HR department and retail store Managers, of personnel selection and improvement of customer service quality;
- Establish methods and controls aiming to enhance customer satisfaction through service and innovation;
- Utilize enterprise tools and conduct needed analyses to ensure, lead-time, price and quality factors;
- Market monitoring and market analysis;
- Coordination of the company's retail activities with the wholesale activities;
- Full P&L responsibility for the store’s operation;
- Achievement of various KPI targets of stores performance;
- Stock controlling and keeping on budget levels;
- Cyclical inventories and end of year statutory stock taking operations;
- Expansion of the network in coordination with high management;
- Ensure strategic development of Accounting staff and team work performance.
Requirements for this position are:
- Proven prior management experience in retail, with a background in leading sales stores and managing a sales department;
- Excellent teamwork skills and flexibility in interpersonal relationships;
- Very good English;
- Highly proficient in computer skills;
- Methodical and well-organized;
- High standards of honesty and integrity;
- Strong selling and coaching abilities.
