Freelance HR Specialist (m/f) – Remote / Part-Time
We are a German creative and outsourcing agency – and we're excited to welcome you to our team, whether on-site in Tirana or working remotely.
We are currently looking for experienced HR professionals who are interested in working with us on a freelance or part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who is already employed or freelancing and is open to taking on additional projects in the field of recruitment and HR operations.
Your Tasks:
- Supporting our recruitment efforts by identifying, screening, and coordinating with candidates
- Assisting with job postings, applicant tracking, and interview scheduling
- Occasionally communicating with clients and helping manage HR-related processes
Your Profile:
- Experience in HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition
- Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- Reliable, structured, and able to work independently
- Available for a few hours per week, depending on project needs
