We are looking for a billing specialist to provide technical support services to the parent company in Italy.
The billing specialist will be accountable for the mapping and conversion of invoices from analogic format to electronic format,
through the usage of a special software provided by the company, in compliance with the Italian law.
The billing specialist will report to and will work under the responsibility of the Team Leader and will have direct liaisons with the Italian Team.

Responsibilities
- Mapping and conversion of analogic / traditional invoices into electronic invoices, in compliance to the Italian law;
- Verifying the compliance of incoming invoices, fixing, rejecting or approving invoices before releasing them to standard internal procedures;
- Maintenance or modification of "customer profile";
- Possibly solving customer service problems through emails or tickets: information requests, problems related to invoices, etc;
- Direct contact with clients might be requested only for the purpose of resolving existing issues;
- Technical assistance and support;
- Data analysis or special tasks related to the same sector might be requested on spot or regular basis, depending on skills and requirements
