National/International Consultancy for the Development, Training Delivery, and State Accreditation of the Standardized National Training Programme for Foster Parents in Albania
SOS CV Albania is a non-profit, non-governmental organization, which is one of the 136 independent (national) members of the SOS Children’s Villages Federation. Its vision is: every child belongs to a family and grows with love, respect and security.
The organization operates since 1996, providing quality care services for children and youth without parental care and community-based support services for vulnerable families. It participates in policy and legislation making and advocates for the rights of children and youth at social risk, working closely with decision-makers, institutions, civil society organizations and social service providers. SOS CV Albania promotes the implementation of the UN Guidelines for the Alternative Care of Children and participation of young people in decision-making processes in the country.
SOS Children´s Villages, Albania, in the framework of the project "A Right to Family II – Improving the Availability, Accessibility and Quality of Foster Care and Community-Based Services in Albania, Belarus, North Macedonia and Ukraine" funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), is seeking a qualified team of experts to develop, train professionals, and secure formal state accreditation for a standardized national training programme for foster parents in Albania.
This call is open to all suppliers (independent consultants or companies) who can provide the requested services described in details in these terms of reference.
