We are seeking a HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCES for a company based in Albania.
The position involves overseeing all HR matters pertaining to the company's operations and leading the human resources department. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HR practices, preferably with experience in the manufacturing sectors.
Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Legal Compliance: Ensure the company's operations comply with local and international laws and regulations. Handle HR Policy, including contracts, labor law, and compliance matters.
- Employee Relations and HR Policies: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations, ensuring fair and legal treatment of all staff.
- Recruitment and Talent Management: Oversee the recruitment process, identifying talent needs and ensuring the company attracts and retains high-quality employees.
- Training and Development: Implement training programs to enhance employee skills and promote professional development.
- Performance Management: Develop performance management systems that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Legal Advice and Risk Management: Provide legal advice to management on various HR matters. Assess and mitigate legal risks facing the company.
- Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and compliant with legal standards.
Qualifications and Competency profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5- 7 years of experience in a and HR management, preferably in the manufacturing sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Albanian labor laws and international standards.
- Proficient in HR practices, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- English fluency in reading, writing and speaking, Italian language is an advantage.
- High ethical standards and professionalism
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Strategic thinker with an ability to see the big picture.
